1. del: Kuponi (boni, vavčerji in predplačila) v sistemu DDV

  • Kaj vse se lahko skriva za poimenovanji kot so kupon, bon, vavčer in predplačilo?
  • Kakšna je razlika med obdavčljivimi kuponi in od tistih, ki omogočajo popuste ali dajejo druge ugodnosti?
  • Opredelitev in razvrstitev kuponov, nastanek davčne obveznosti in pravica do odbitka DDV
  • Kako ravnati, ko kupone prodajamo za druge ali jih drugi prodajajo za nas?

2. del: Spremembe pri digitalnih storitvah in prehod na nov sistem

  • Velika poenostavitev za izvajalce elektronskih in drugih digitalnih storitev z uvedbo praga pri 10.000 EUR.
  • Kako sta urejena prehod na novo ureditev po 1. januarju 2019 in deregistracija iz sistema Mini VEM?
  • Novost pri uporabi posebne ureditve za tujce, ki nimajo sedeža v EU.
  • Sprememba pri uporabi pravil glede izdaje računov pri digitalnih storitvah.
  • Ugotavljanje kraja opravljene digitalne storitve na podlagi nenasprotujočih si dokazov.

3. del: Kaj bo novega že čez eno leto?

  • Uvedba paketa hitrih rešitev na področju DDV.
  • Spremembe ureditve pri skladiščenju na odpoklic in pri obravnavi verižnih poslov.
  • Spremembe glede uveljavljanja oprostitve DDV pri dobavah blaga v drugo državo članico.

4. del: Samoprijave za DDV po novem

  • Sprememba pri samoprijavi in izračunu obresti po ZDDV-1.
  • Samoprijava decembra 2018 ali januarja 2019?
  • Kdaj uporabimo samoprijavo po ZDDV-1 in kdaj po ZDavP-2?

5. del: Druge novosti in poenostavitve

  • (Ne)ukinitev izjave po 45. členu ZDDV-1 za obdavčitev pri nepremičninah in podrobneje o tem, kdaj že dane izjave spreminjati.
  • Ukinitev priglasitev pri obdavčljivih preprodajalcih.
  • Ukinitev napovedi za izračun odbitnega deleža v primerih, ko ni podatkov o vrednosti transakcij v preteklem letu.
  • Podaljšana uporaba obrnjene davčne obveznosti pri izdaji in prenosu emisijskih kuponov.
  • Davčna stopnja od e-publikacij.

6. del: Ostala problematika in odgovori na vaša vprašanja

  • Katere podatke mora pridobiti izvajalec gradbene storitve, preden jo zaračuna naročniku?

Cilj izobraževanja

Cilji delavnice

S 1. januarjem 2019 bo začel veljat prvi sklop sprememb pri DDV-ju, ki jim bodo v letih od 2020 do 2022 sledile še številne druge.

Zato smo za vas pripravili seminar, kjer bomo predstavili novosti glede obravnave kuponov, digitalnih storitev in številnih poenostavitev, med katerimi so tudi take, ki zavezancem nastavljajo nove pasti.
Taka je ukinitev predložitve izjave po 45. členu ZDDV-1 davčnemu organu, kjer bodo morali biti zavezanci še posebno pazljivi. Novosti bodo predstavljene na zgledih iz prakse, na seminarju pa bomo odgovorili tudi na vaša vprašanja.

Komu je namenjeno izobraževanje

Izobraževanje je namenjeno:

  • vsem ostalim, ki se pogosto srečujete z DDV-jem in obračunom tega davka.

Zaradi načina podajajanja informacij je vsebina primerna tudi za tiste, ki nimate velikega predznanja.

Kako, kdaj in kje?

15 % popust do 7. decembra

Kotizacija znaša 137 EUR (DDV ni vključen).
V kolikor se prijavite do 7. decembra vam pripada 15 % popust za zgodnjo prijavo. Kotizacija s popustom znaša 116,45 EUR (DDV ni vključen).
Ob prijavi več udeležencev hkrati, vam pripada še dodaten 5 % popust. Popusti se seštevajo.

  • izvedbo delavnice z gradivi za prenos znanja v podjetju,
  • potrdilo o udeležbi,
  • odgovore na vaša konkretna vprašanja,
  • pijačo, prigrizek med odmori in parkiranje v garažni hiši GZS.
