Komu je namenjeno izobraževanje

Izobraževanje je namenjeno vsem, ki:

  • izdelujejo, prodajajo, uvažajo in razvijajo, dodelujejo, obdelujejo: motorna vozila, električno in elektronsko opremo, baterije in akumulatorje, embalažo, gume, zdravila, fitofarmacevtska sredstva in nagrobne sveče
  • so vključeni v skupne sheme ravnanja z zgoraj naštetimi proizvodi ali imajo dovoljenje za samostojno izpolnjevanje obveznosti
  • obdelujejo odpadke (predelovalci, odstranjevalci, zbiralci, trgovci z odpadki in posredniki) in že imajo okoljevarstvena dovoljenja ali pa jih bodo pridobivali na novo
  • zbirajo odpadke in so vpisani v evidenco zbiralcev odpadkov
  • prevažajo odpadke, trgujejo z odpadki ali opravljajo posredništvo z odpadki in so vpisani v evidenco prevoznikov, trgovcev in posrednikov odpadkov
  • imajo ali bodo pridobivali okoljevarstvena dovoljenja za naprave v katerih opravljajo dejavnost, ki lahko povzroči onesnaževanje okolja večjega obsega, po novem okoljevarstvena dovoljenja za naprave v katerih se opravlja dejavnost, ki povzroča industrijske emisije
