Novela ZEPDSV-B je prinesla spremembe, ki naj bi razbremenile delodajalce pri vodenju evidenc o izrabi delovnega časa. Čeprav so bile spremembe zakonodaje v praksi pogosto zahtevne, je nova ureditev prinesla nekaj pomembnih novosti, ki jih morate poznati, če želite pravilno prilagoditi svoje procese in se izogniti morebitnim kaznim.

Zakaj novela ZEPDSV-B pomeni pomembno prelomnico?

  • Ključni cilji novele: razbremenitev delodajalcev, večja pravna varnost, poenostavitve.
  • Kratek pregled zakonodajnega razvoja: ZEPDSV (2006) → ZEPDSV-A (2023) → ZEPDSV-B (2025).
  • Namen: kako zakon uporabiti v praksi in se izogniti kaznim.

KDO se zdaj šteje za »delavca«?

  • Razširjena definicija delavca (ZEPDSV-B 2. člen) vključuje tudi študente na praksi, prokuriste, osebe s podjemnimi in avtorskimi pogodbami, SP-je.
