V prvem delu izobraževanja vas bomo na praktičnih primerih seznanili s Top 5 najpogostejšimi zmotami pri obračunu plač:

  • večni izziv: osnovna plača zaposlenega (bruto / neto)
  • nadomestila plače za praznik in letni dopust
  • nadurno delo v luči sodne prakse
  • kako na povračilo stroškov iz delovnega razmerja vplivajo spremembe Uredbe ob upoštevanju kolektivnih pogodb
  • sorazmerni regres za letni dopust ter popravki poročanja REK obrazca

2. del – ZDoh-2AA in REK-O obrazci

V drugem delu boste spoznali novelo Zakona o dohodnini – ZDoh-2AA s področja obračuna plač ter novost s področja obračuna davčnega odtegljaja oziroma REK-O obrazec v praksi:

  • hiter pregled bistvenih sprememb novele Zakona o dohodnini – ZDoh-2AA s področja obračuna plač (lestvica za odmero dohodnine in olajšave v 2023)
  • namen in pravne podlage uvedbe REK-O obrazca
  • zbirni in individualni del REK-O obrazca s poudarkom na novostih (spremembe poročanja dohodkov, dodatni podatki o plačah, izpolnjevanje dodatnih podatkov o plači polja S in ZAP/M obrazec idr.)
  • predlaganje popravkov REK-O obrazcev in samoprijava po novem
  • praktični primeri poročanja o izplačani plači na najpogostejših vrstah zaslužkov

Novi REK-O obrazec je zaživel s 1. 1. 2023. Oddaja ‘starih’ REK obrazcev po novem ni več možna.
