Zakonite pogodbe o zaposlitvi so odgovornost delodajalca

Pogodbo o zaposlitvi, ki ureja vsa področja za delavca in delodajalca, ter hkrati ne krši minimalnih pravic, ki gredo delavcu po veljavnih predpisih, je težko pripraviti. Da bo pogodba o zaposlitvi pravno formalno uredila medsebojne pravice delavca in delodajalca tako, da ne bo prihajalo do dvomov in sporov, vam vabimo, da se udeležite praktičnega seminarja.

Zaradi včasih nedorečene zakonodaje na omenjenih področjih, se pojavljajo različna mnenja s strani inšpektorata, davčne uprave in ministrstvaPojasnili bomo za katere primere gre in kako v njih, kot delodajalec, ravnati.
