Certified Digital Marketing Expert je licenčni program Digital Marketing Instituta iz Dublina.
Program omogoča poglobljen vpogled v najnovejše digitalne trende, orodja, strategije in nove digitalne kanale.
Znanje študent pridobiva skozi praktično delo na lastnih primerih. Učenje poteka skozi dinamična predavanja in študije primerov, kjer študenti spoznavajo najnovejše tehnologije in orodja digitalnega marketinga ter inovativne digitalne strategije za pridobivanje konkurenčne prednosti.

Učni načrt določa in potrjuje strokovni svet, ki je sestavljen iz predstavnikov vodilnih podjetij v panogi (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Microsoft, IBM, Vodafone, Communicorp, Dentsu Aegis Network, Omnicom, WPP in Ogilvy).
Strokovni svet je prav tako zadolžen tudi za uveljavljanje mednarodno priznanih standardov, ki omogočajo dosledno izvajanje in certificiranje izobraževalnih programov na področju digitalnega marketinga.

Program izvajajo strokovnjaki za digitalni marketing, opremljeni z najsodobnejšimi orodji, trendi in praktičnimi vpogledi v industrijo.

Trajanje programa:

  • 9 mesecev oz. 36 tednov

Število pedagoških ur:

  • 160 pedagoških ur predavanj
  • Število NE vključuje vaj, delavnic, posvetovanj s tutorji in priprave izpitnih nalog

Pogoji za sprejem

  • Dosežena visokošolska izobrazba ekonomske, trženjske ali podobne smeri in najmanj dve leti ustreznih delovnih izkušenj.

ALI

  • Pomembne in ustrezne delovne izkušnje iz digitalnega marketinga (najmanj 2 leti).
  • Znanje angleškega jezika stopnja 6.0 IELTS.

Pomembno: prijavitelj mora dokazati interes in sposobnost za digitalno trženje. S kandidati se po potrebi opravi razgovor.

1. Social Media Marketing

Študenti spoznavajo kreativne strategije družbenih omrežij. Naučijo se, kako načrtovati in opravljati proračune, postavljati in meriti kazalnike uspešnosti poslovanja ter analizirati učinkovitost oglaševalskih akcij s ključnimi meritvami, kot so kliki, odprte stopnje, všečki in drugo.

2. Digitalne strategije in planiranje

Študenti skozi perspektivo klasičnih marketinških strategij spoznavajo nov, vznemirljiv svet digitalnih strategij. Osvojijo in pri delu uporabijo nove in močne digitalne sisteme, orodja, raziskave ter prakse. Raziskujejo Big data, analitiko, strojno učenje in AI.

3. Uporabniška izkušnja, e-commerce, konverzija in optimizacija

Študenti spoznavajo ključne koncepte optimizacije spletnih strani, optimizacije hitrosti pogovorov in kako deluje zmogljiva, najsodobnejša e-trgovina.

4. Iskalni marketing

Ta predmet daje študentom poglobljeno razumevanje, kako oblikovati in upravljati zmogljive iskalne tržne kampanje, kako ustvariti učinkovite SEO načrte, ki so brezhibno usklajeni s strategijo vsebine. Študenti pridobijo tudi znanje kako znižati ceno oglaševanja s plačilom na klik (PPC) in optimizirati Email kampanje. Naučijo se, kako narediti revizijo optimizacije iskalnikov in ustvariti dinamično in odzivno strategijo.

5. Digital Selling

Študenti spoznavajo, kako se je v zadnjih 10 letih spremenila nakupna pot, kako usmeriti potrošniško izkušnjo in kako povečati konverzijo. Naučijo se, kako določiti ciljno in personalizirano interakcijo kupcev z blagovno znamko.

6. Razvoj kreativnih veščin in osebni razvoj

Študenti spoznajo, kako delati z ljudmi v spremenljivem in inovativnem okolju, ter kako se odzivati na spremembe in razvijati svoje osebne veščine. Digital ni več le industrija, temveč kultura, ki je v ospredje postavlja razvoj človeka in družbo. Na te spremembe v veliki meri vplivajo tudi digitalni tržniki, ki prilagajajo, povezujejo, komunicirajo in vodijo »veliko« igro.

Ocenjevanje

Za pridobitev certifikata je potrebno oddati 2 izpitni nalogi

Nalogi boste pripravili na osnovi poslovno/marketinških primerov konkretnih podjetij, ki jih izberete sami. Na tej osnovi je potrebno opraviti “real time” raziskave v obliki anket, fokusnih skupin in / ali intervjujev.

Izpitni nalogi:

  • Digital Marketing Consumer Research assignment – (5000 besed)
  • Digital Marketing Strategy Creation assignment – (5000 besed)

Vsako izpitno nalogo bodo ocenili 3 neodvisni ocenjevalci.
