Kako danes kandidati iščejo priložnosti

Na začetku boste spoznali, zakaj klasični zaposlitveni oglasi pogosto ne zadostujejo več. Pogledali bomo, kako kandidati danes raziskujejo podjetja, kako preverjajo njihov ugled in zakaj LinkedIn postaja eden osrednjih kanalov za privabljanje talentov. Obravnavali bomo tudi razliko med aktivnimi in pasivnimi kandidati ter pomen dolgoročne prisotnosti podjetja.

LinkedIn kot talent funnel

LinkedIn bomo obravnavali kot proces, skozi katerega podjetje postopno gradi zanimanje kandidatov. Predstavili bomo faze od vidnosti in prepoznavnosti podjetja do prve interakcije, razgovora in zaposlitve. Udeleženci bodo razumeli, kako LinkedIn vključiti v širšo kadrovsko strategijo podjetja.

Optimizacija LinkedIn profilov vodilnih kadrov

Pomemben del delavnice je optimizacija profilov vodstva in ključnih zaposlenih, saj kandidati pogosto preverijo prav ljudi, ki predstavljajo podjetje. Pogledali bomo, kateri elementi profila krepijo verodostojnost, katere napake zmanjšujejo zaupanje ter kako profil oblikovati tako, da podpira delodajalsko znamko podjetja.

Praktična vaja: analiza profilov udeležencev in konkretni predlogi izboljšav.

Kako ustvariti LinkedIn vsebino, ki privablja kandidate

Obravnavali bomo vrste vsebin, ki na LinkedInu pritegnejo pozornost kandidatov. Med njimi so predstavitev kulture podjetja, zgodbe zaposlenih, strokovne vsebine iz panoge ter pogled iz zakulisja podjetja. Pokazali bomo tudi, kako strukturirati objave za večji doseg, boljši odziv in večjo kredibilnost podjetja.

Iskanje kandidatov na LinkedInu

V tem delu boste spoznali praktične pristope za iskanje kandidatov na LinkedInu. Predstavili bomo napredno iskanje, uporabo Boolean logike ter načine za prepoznavanje ljudi, ki se na oglase ne prijavljajo aktivno, vendar predstavljajo zanimiv potencial za podjetje.

Kako napisati sporočilo, na katerega kandidati odgovorijo

Dober prvi stik pogosto odloča o tem, ali se bo kandidat odzval ali ne. Zato bomo pogledali, kako sestaviti učinkovito sporočilo, kako ga personalizirati in kako predstaviti priložnost na način, ki ne deluje agresivno. Predstavili bomo tudi primere dobrih in slabih praks.

Uporaba generativne umetne inteligence pri kadrovanju

Poseben del delavnice je namenjen uporabi generativne umetne inteligence pri kadrovskih aktivnostih. Pokazali bomo, kako si z njeno pomočjo olajšati pripravo iskalnih nizov, analizo profilov kandidatov, pripravo personaliziranih sporočil in načrtovanje LinkedIn vsebin. Predstavljeni bodo tudi konkretni primeri uporabe v praksi.

Program LinkedIn ambasadorjev

Udeleženci bodo spoznali, zakaj imajo objave zaposlenih pogosto večji doseg kot objave podjetja. Predstavili bomo, kako vzpostaviti ambasadorski program, kako spodbuditi zaposlene k sodelovanju ter kako organsko širiti doseg vsebin podjetja prek zaposlenih.

Vprašanja in diskusija

Zadnji del delavnice je namenjen konkretnim primerom udeležencev, izzivom pri kadrovanju ter razpravi o možnostih prenosa predstavljenih pristopov v prakso podjetja.

  • kako napisati sporočila, ki odprejo pogovor in ne delujejo vsiljivo,
  • kako pri iskanju, analizi profilov, pripravi vsebin in nagovorov uporabiti generativno umetno inteligenco,
  • kako vzpostaviti program LinkedIn ambasadorjev v podjetju.
