Kaj je preboarding in zakaj je ključen?

  • Pomen obdobja od podpisa pogodbe do prvega delovnega dne.

  • Neodgovorjena vprašanja glede razlogov za odhod (in posledična izguba priložnosti za izboljšave).

  • Kako novemu zaposlenemu predstaviti ključne akte (pravilnike, varnost pri delu, varovanje podatkov).
