Razlogi za obisk izobraževanja

Ministrstvo za pravosodje je v javno razpravo poslalo predlog novega zakona o varstvu osebnih podatkov ZVOP-2. Med drugim se v novem zakonu znatno spreminjajo pravila splošne privolitve posameznika za obdelavo njegovih osebnih podatkov.

Komu je namenjeno izobraževanje

Izobraževanje je namenjeno: odgovornim osebam za varstvo osebnih podatkov, pooblaščenim osebam za varstvo podatkov, odgovornim osebam za skladnost poslovanja (compliance managerjem), notranjim revizorjem, vodjem kadrovskih služb, vodjem pravnih služb, revizorjem in drugim osebam, ki se pri svojem delu srečujejo z osebnimi podatki.

Predlog novega zakona o varstvu osebnih podatkov

Uredba GDPR se neposredno uporablja že skoraj leto dni. Če še niste uspeli uskladiti svojega poslovanja z novimi pravili, je sedaj pravi čas, da to storite v okviru novega zakona o varstvu osebnih podatkov; ZVOP-2 bo predvidoma uveljavljen že julija letos. Vabljeni na praktični seminar, na katerem bomo pojasnili;

Predlog novega zakona in GDPR

Splošna (EU) uredba o varstvu podatkov (GDPR) zahteva spremembo v načinu dojemanja in razmišljanja na področju zbiranja, obdelave, hrambe in posredovanja osebnih podatkov. Če že ne zato, ker postaja varovanje osebnih podatkov in zasebnosti del družbene odgovornosti podjetij in drugih organizacij, pa zato, ker je GDPR “podkrepljena” z drakonskimi kaznimi – pred kratkim je bila bolnišnica na Portugalskem obsojena na plačilo “prijaznih” 400.000 EUR, medtem ko v Franciji do Googla niso bili tako prizanesljivi in so ga oglobili s 50 mio EUR.

Predlog slovenskega ZVOP-2 je zunaj; GDPR seveda velja in se uporablja neposredno in že danes zahteva, da so organizacije skladne z njenimi določbami. Zagotovitev skladnosti pa je proces in ne zgolj nekaj napisanih in podpisanih dokumentov.

Registration

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
